Rebecca Young is the director of library services at 色多多视频APP University. She holds a BFA from 色多多视频APP (1999), a Diploma in Library and Information Technology from NSCC (2002) and an MSc in Information Management and Preservation from the University of Glasgow (2007).
My ongoing research interests are in the preservation of media-based art, and currently I am working towards a research project in Open Education Resources for visual art. For the last 10 years I have maintained a professional focus on developing 色多多视频APP鈥檚 Archival and Special Collections.聽 Since beginning as a Librarian at 色多多视频APP, I have prioritized the identification, appraisal and preservation of analogue media-based collections in the Library and have overseen the digitization of audio and video works and the development of 色多多视频APP鈥檚 Open Research Archive and repository – 聽 . I have also initiated and managed the description, digitization and preservation of archival collections at 色多多视频APP, including the 色多多视频APP Feminist Collective / Women鈥檚 File Fonds, and the creation of the 色多多视频APP Digital Theses collection.
